Scott redfield — Owner

After a decade behind the chair perfecting his craft, the opening of his own self-titled salon has been both a labor of love and passion. REDFIELDS truly is a reflection of his personal style, providing an elegant, high-end salon experience that is undoubtedly one-of-a-kind. Scott places high value on listening to his clients and understanding their needs. It is his career rich in education that has earned Scott the ability to use various techniques to achieve color that is both bold and natural-looking. Creating beautiful results from sun-kissed honey blondes, to dimension-filled brunettes, and rich head-turning reds. A dedicated and detailed stylist who prides himself on bringing out each customer’s unique beauty in a warm and memorable salon experience.

joanna kardys — stylist

Brooklyn born, Manhattan trained, in just 10 years Joanna has worked alongside some of the hair industry greats. She began her career with an education in the Dessange technique of French Haircutting in New York City’s Carsten Institute. Taking what she had learned, she moved up to Frederic Fekkai’s prestigious Fifth Avenue Salon, Joanna also worked at Marie Robinson Salon where she was introduced to the art of hair extensions. Joanna is a Certified Extension Specialist from Bellami and The Hair Shop New York and in 2019, she received her DevaCurl Certification. She has loved her time here at REDFIELDS and has continued to invest in advanced color programs and techniques. Taking the time to listen to her clients, Joanna has the strength of helping her clients mix up their look, keeping them current and looking fresh. She believes blondes have more fun. If you think you could never go blonde, let her show you the blonde to fit ANY skin tone!

Stevie Padilla - stylist

Moving to Jacksonville from Miami 4 years ago, Stevie brings 3 decades of experience to Redfields. He has worked at various companies over the span of his education rich career, both teaching and working as a platform artist. Formally from Daniel James Salon, Stevie joins our team of experts, sharing a simple philosophy, working hard at communicating effectively and honestly. He enjoys a variety of services from razor cutting, perms, specialty color, keratin smoothing treatments tape in extensions, and always continuing to expand his craft through education.

Michelle has a great skill at making anyone and everyone feel welcome. She shares with our guests her impressive product knowledge, a friendly conversation, the sense of ease when managing appointments, and Jacksonville’s best in-salon coffee.
